Needs prettyxsd 1.1.0 (#13) to be published first.

• Name: the site is now Reference4PT, titled "Reference4PT: Public Transport Standards Reference".
• Logo: an R4 logo in Cabin Bold, used as the favicon too. On the root page, a Progress Pride flag fades in on hover, with the chevron coming through more strongly.
• Navigation: the breadcrumbs read Reference4PT / NeTEx / Elements / … / item. The R4 logo links to the root, and each standard's logo links to that standard's start page. This applies to element pages and to the NeTEx, SIRI and OpRa landing pages.
• Landing page: the standards show as a centred 2×2 grid, and the note about shared pages moved to About this site.
• Logo files: the NeTEx and SIRI logos are cropped to their ink so they centre on the R4 logo. The Transmodel mark's circle is filled white so it shows in dark mode.
• Titles: shorter titles for the timetable and SIRI substitution-groups sets.

Name the site Reference4PT with an R4 logo and favicon; 2x2 standards grid; Transmodel header ... a0fa60b613

The landing pages' headings keep names' own capitals, and the sentence on
shared pages moves to About this site. --transmodel-logo keeps the
Transmodel mark on the Transmodel pages.
