The folder titles become "NeTEx 2.0", "SIRI 2.3" and "OpRa 1.0", so shared pages say which version they belong to. Also requires prettyxsd 1.7.0 (Transmodel/prettyxsd#18), so merge that one first and let it publish.

Name the standards with their versions, and use prettyxsd 1.7.0 b91cd3deb9

Shared pages now show the standard's folder title in their header when
several of its profiles include them, so it says NeTEx 2.0 or SIRI 2.3.
