Adds --transmodel to each prettyxsd call in build.sh, so element and type pages link to the Transmodel 6.2 concept they implement (for example StopPlace → STOP PLACE). On NX.xsd this links about 1,400 pages.

Needs prettyxsd 0.8.0 (OpenTransportData/prettyxsd#2), which is now published. This branch's build runs that version but doesn't deploy, since only main deploys.
