The workflow runs on every push to every branch, and the deploy job had no filter, so pushing any branch could replace the live site with that branch's build.

This adds if: ${{ github.ref == 'refs/heads/main' }} to the deploy job. Every branch still gets built, which works as a check on PRs, but only main is deployed.
