Replaces the placeholder SIRI logo with the official wordmark Moof found: navy #283583, Montserrat Black. It is redrawn as SVG paths from Montserrat (SIL Open Font Licence), so it is sharp at any size and needs no font. Dark mode uses a lighter blue, #9aa6ec.

Used on the site landing card, the SIRI start page and every SIRI page header.

Use the official SIRI wordmark ae11d6f927

Navy #283583 in Montserrat Black, as on the SIRI documentation, drawn as
paths so it doesn't depend on fonts; a lighter blue in dark mode.
