Needs prettyxsd 1.3.0 (#15) published first.

• Favicon: the NeTEx, SIRI and OpRa landing pages use the R4 logo as their favicon, and the generated pages get it from prettyxsd 1.3.0.
• Pride hover: a new assets/reference4pt-logo-pride.svg (the Chevron forward look) fades in over the R4 logo on every generated page, through --home-logo-hover.
