Link concept names in IFOPT documentation and SIRI's older names (1.11.0) #23

Capitalised Transmodel concept names in SIRI and OpRa descriptions were partly left unlinked:

  • IFOPT pages. SIRI and OpRa bundle IFOPT's ifopt and acsb schemas (StopPlaceRef, LocalService, the accessibility types...). Only the NeTEx, SIRI and OpRa namespaces were linked, so these pages had no concept links at all. The two IFOPT namespaces are now linked too, and their declarations show under "IFOPT" in a concept's Implemented in table (ACCESSIBILITY ASSESSMENT, LOCAL SERVICE, SUITABILITY and a few more).
  • Older names. SIRI writes STOP POINT for SCHEDULED STOP POINT (about 60 times) and TRAIN ELEMENT for TRAIN ELEMENT TYPE, which only got POINT and TRAIN linked. They now link to the current concept, with its name in the tooltip.

SIRI's own namespace and OpRa's were already linked. OpRa's own concepts (CONTEXTUAL INDICATOR, SERVICE INTENSITY, PLANNED CAPACITY...) are not Transmodel 6.2 classes, so there is nothing to link them to.

Checked on a sample build (netex/ifopt, siri/siri, opra/opra with --transmodel-pages): no capitalised concept name left unlinked outside code and links. Tests pass.

SIRI and OpRa bundle IFOPT's ifopt and acsb schemas, whose documentation was
left unlinked because only the NeTEx, SIRI and OpRa namespaces were linked.
SIRI also writes STOP POINT for SCHEDULED STOP POINT and TRAIN ELEMENT for
TRAIN ELEMENT TYPE, which only got POINT and TRAIN linked.
