Adds --transmodel-link TEXT=URL (repeatable, needs --transmodel-pages). The Transmodel start page lists the links in a "Learn more" line under its introduction. The site uses it for the Data4PT wiki page on Transmodel.

Tests: the whole suite passes (64), and the Transmodel CLI test now checks the link.
