The org Transmodel is being renamed Reference4PT. This moves the footer's generator link, the package source URL and the registry (index and publish URL) to the new name, and bumps to 1.9.0.

It also adds Open Graph tags for link previews: --site-url URL gives every page og:title, og:site_name and og:url, and --social-image IMAGE (copied to assets/social.<ext>) adds og:image with a large-image Twitter card.

Merge only after the org rename: the publish step on merge uploads to /api/packages/Reference4PT/pypi, which doesn't exist before it.

Tests: tests/test_prettyxsd.py passes, and the whole suite (64 tests), including a new test for the preview tags.

The org Transmodel becomes Reference4PT: the generator link in every
