On element and type pages, the source location (siri_journey.xsd:1796) no longer sits inline after each name. Each row instead has a <> icon at its right edge. Hovering or focusing it shows the full path and line in a popup, and clicking it opens the source page at that line, as before.

This covers content-model rows, attributes (a narrow last column), allowed values and identity constraints. The "Defined in" line under the page title and the home-page tree are unchanged. Version 1.8.0.

Checked with a SIRI sample build in Chromium. Tests updated and passing.

Show where a row is declared as an icon with the location in a popup ... c4f5acb3ea

On element and type pages, the file and line of each element, attribute,
enumeration value and identity constraint moved from inline text to an
icon at the right of its row. The icon links to the source page and shows
the full path and line on hover or focus. Version 1.8.0.
