Fixes from Moof's look at the live site. Version 1.7.0.

  • Diagram pages: the EA image fits the full width beside the sidebar, with its image map scaled to match. An "Actual size" button shows it full size, scrolling both ways inside the window, and it can be dragged around.
  • Shared pages follow their own standard: a shared page used to take the header of the last variant visited, so NeTEx pages could say "SIRI 2.3, substitution groups". Now a page is shown under the variants of its own namespace. When several of that standard's profiles load it, the header names the standard (the folder title).
  • Profiles table: the foot of each element and type page has a table of the profiles, grouped by standard, ticking those that include it. It replaces the "Not part of …" note at the top.
  • Implemented in: each declaration is listed once, by its shared page. The OpRa variants' own copies were adding a row each, which is why COMPOUND TRAIN showed three of each. Transmodel pages also stop muting links by the reader's variant.

Checked with a sample build (NX, NeTEx over SIRI, SIRI, SIRI SG, OpRa) and a few pages in Chromium. Tests pass.

- EA diagrams fit the full width beside the sidebar, with the image map
scaled to match; "Actual size" shows them full size, scrolling both
ways, and they can be dragged.
- A shared page is shown under the variants of its own namespace, so a
NeTEx page says NeTEx and a SIRI page says SIRI; when several of that
standard's profiles load it, the header names the standard.
- The foot of each schema page has a table of the profiles by standard,
ticking the ones that include it, in place of the "Not part of" note.
- "Implemented in" lists each declaration once, by its shared page, not
again for each variant's own copy, and Transmodel pages no longer mute
  links by the reader's variant.

The breadcrumbs and the logo already lead to each section's start page.
Transmodel pages, which belong to no profile, also lose the profile switcher.
