• With --home-logo, every page uses the home logo as its favicon, in place of the logo or the reader's variant logo.
• New --home-logo-hover IMAGE option: a second image of the same size that fades in over the home logo on hover or keyboard focus. Anyone with reduced motion turned on sees it without the fade.

Tests: 63 pass, with new checks of the favicon and the hover image.
