Navigation and branding for a site that holds several standards.

  • The logo now links to its variant folder's index.html (on Transmodel pages, to transmodel/index.html).
  • --home-logo IMAGE adds a small logo before it that links to the site root.
  • --home-title TITLE adds a first breadcrumb to the site root.
  • --folder-title FOLDER=TITLE adds a breadcrumb after it for the variant's folder. Shared pages get this crumb from site.js, for the reader's variant. Variant start pages get breadcrumbs too.
  • --transmodel-logo IMAGE sets the Transmodel pages' logo, and their header now says Transmodel.
  • The sidebar head is a band exactly as tall as the top bar, with the home logo, the logo and the title in one row. The title is limited to two lines, and "Schema reference" is gone.
  • Headings no longer force upper case, so names keep their own capitals (NeTEx, OpRa).

Tests: 62 pass. prettyxsd #14 (1.2.0) touches transmodel_pages.py, style.css and site.js too, so it will need a rebase after this merges.

The logo at the top left now always goes to the site's index.html, not to
the reader's variant start page. --home-title adds a first breadcrumb to
the site root, and --folder-title FOLDER=TITLE a breadcrumb to a variant
folder's index.html; on shared pages site.js adds it for the reader's
variant. Variant start pages get breadcrumbs too.
