The rest of the combined-site work, which landed on the combined-site branch after #11 was merged, released as 1.0.0:

• Site brand on Transmodel pages: they belong to no variant, so they keep the site's own title and logo instead of the reader's variant's.
• Favicons: a page's logo is also its favicon, and site.js swaps in the reader's variant's logo as it does for the sidebar.
• Generator link: "Generated by prettyxsd" in the sidebar and page footers links to https://code.wompom.com/Transmodel/prettyxsd, which is also the package's Source URL.
• Version 1.0.0.

Tests: 61 passed.

Keep the site's title and logo on Transmodel pages ... 9d4451af18

They belong to no variant, so site.js no longer swaps in the reader's
variant's title and logo there.
