Switches the build from --transmodel to --transmodel-pages and requires prettyxsd 0.14.0. The site gets a transmodel/ section with a page for every Transmodel 6.2 class and diagram, and its Transmodel links go there instead of transmodel-cen.eu.

Merge only after OpenTransportData/prettyxsd#9 is merged and 0.14.0 is published. Until then the uvx step can't find a matching version.

Expect the site to grow by about 63 MB. The extra pages added only a few seconds to a local two-variant build.
